The gourmet experience takes place at Restaurant Madkælderen, located in the cozy old cellar under the north wing of Koldinghus Castle. The basement has beautiful vaulted ceilings and rustic brick walls. It has existed since the middle of the 15th century and was used as a pastry shop in the 18th century.
