Rental Terms

General Terms & Conditions:

The prices and general conditions on the website are intended for individual bookings of up to 4 apartments at a time. If more than 4 apartments are to be booked, we want the inquiry by email or by phone.

All prices are stated per apartment per night and includes 25% VAT. All types of stay require 100% advance payment, which is made at the time of booking. Promotions, offers and discounts are based on the price for "Accommodation - Refundable", which is our daily price without discount. Please note that some offers cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed. Cancellation options are determined by the different types of stay.

By accepting our rental conditions, you consent to Kolding Hotel Apartments, CVR. No. 1635 1938, Kedelsmedgangen 2, 6000 Kolding, as data controller must process your personal data including identity and contact information in order to send you information, updates, offers, promotions, invitations and news via e-mail and SMS.
If you no longer want Kolding Hotel Apartments to use your personal data for the above purposes in the future, you can always revoke your consent, as described in more detail in the personal data policy. The revocation only takes effect for the future.
In circumstances that Kolding Hotel Apartments cannot foresee (force majeure), the right to cancel the lease is reserved.

No more people may live in the apartments than are indicated at the time of booking and paid for. If this is the case, additional payment will subsequently be charged.

 

Security deposit:

Please note that Kolding Hotel Apartments will in some cases charge a deposit of DKK 2.500,-

The amount must be paid no later than 15 on the day of arrival, via a payment link that is sent.

If the apartment appears undamaged and without defects on departure, the deposit will be returned on departure.

If the deposit is not received, the reservation will be canceled and amounts already paid for the stay will be refunded.

 

Terms of Payment & Cancellation:

Please note that 6 different types of accommodation are offered:
· Accommodation - daily price with cancellation option the day before arrival
· Accommodation not refundable and no cancellation option,
· 6-person hotel apartment with 14-day cancellation option
· Long-term rental for stays of +21 nights
· Package stay, Gourmet, Weekend, Bicycle and Tapas with 14 day cancellation option
· Promotions and offers may not be refundable
In addition, our stay types can be combined with:
· Promotional codes
· Additional purchases

Detailed explanation of the rules for our types of stay, campaign codes and additional purchases:
Accommodation - daily price with cancellation option up to the day before arrival: Hotel apartment with or without breakfast, can be canceled free of charge up to the day before arrival. If the stay is canceled later than the day before arrival, we will invoice for the first night. The total amount for the stay is deducted via the credit card entered at the time of booking. For guarantees with foreign payment cards, the amount can be reserved for up to 30 days.

Accommodation non-refundable and no cancellation option: Hotel apartment with a discount compared to the daily price, with or without breakfast, requires 100% full advance payment and cannot be changed, canceled or refunded. Kolding Hotel Apartments takes the payment from your credit card at the time of booking.

Hotel apartment with or without breakfast for 6 people or more can be canceled free of charge no later than 14 days before arrival. The total amount for the stay is deducted via the credit card entered at the time of booking. The stay cannot be refunded if canceled between 0-13 days before arrival.

Long-term rental is a continuous stay of 21 days or more. Long-term rental can be canceled free of charge 14 days before arrival and can be shortened by written request no later than 14 days before departure.

Package stays such as a hotel apartment with dinners, spa treatments or entrance tickets can be canceled free of charge no later than 14 days before arrival. The total amount for the stay is deducted via the credit card entered at the time of booking. The stay cannot be refunded if canceled between 0-13 days before arrival.

Promotions and offers for hotel apartments with or without breakfast require 100% full advance payment and can be changed, canceled or refunded based on the specified cancellation deadline in the promotion. Kolding Hotel Apartments takes the payment from your credit card at the time of booking.

Promotional codes with a discount apply to overnight stays at the daily price with cancellation and do not apply to already discounted products such as non-refundable overnight stays, promotions, packages and offers.

Additional purchase orders are made at your own risk for closing days and/or availability with the provider. Always check the provider's closing days and availability before placing an order.

For group bookings, the following applies:
When it comes to booking min. 5 apartments and/or the amount exceeds DKK 15.000,- this is a group booking.
The following conditions apply to groups:

Up to 30 days before arrival, a group reservation can be canceled freely. After this, a maximum of 50% of the most recently confirmed order can be canceled under the following conditions:

Between 30 and 21 days before arrival, up to 50% of the confirmed hotel arrangement can be canceled free of charge.

Between 21 days and up to and including 10 days before arrival, up to 25% of the confirmed hotel arrangement can be canceled free of charge.

Between 10 days and even 5 days before arrival, up to 10% of the confirmed hotel arrangement can be canceled free of charge.

Later than 5 days and even 3 days before arrival, up to 5% of the confirmed hotel arrangement can be canceled free of charge.

In case of cancellation later than 3 days before arrival, full coverage for the final confirmed hotel arrangement will be charged.

In the event of a no-show, late arrival and premature departure, full coverage will be charged on the final booked hotel arrangement.

Reservations made on the day of arrival
If a stay is booked on the same date as the day of arrival, these must only be made online, as a payment card guarantee is required.

Credit card fee
Credit card fees apply to corporate cards and credit cards issued outside the EU.

Arrival outside reception opening hours
Upon arrival after 22.00 contact the reception no later than 21.30 on 75541800 for code for key box. The key will not be placed in the box if no advance payment has been made.
