We would love to share our passion for Kolding and all the exciting stories and experiences the city has to offer.
Through our brand-new city walk, Urban Trails, developed in close collaboration with Kolding City Archives, you will experience Kolding from an entirely new perspective. Even those who know the city well may be surprised by the hidden stories waiting to be discovered throughout Kolding.
The entire experience is designed with children and families in mind, making it easy to choose one of the two routes and enjoy the atmosphere of Kolding together.

The Lake Trail takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes and guides you around Kolding’s most iconic landmarks.

The City Trail lasts around 45 minutes and explores the heart of Kolding in greater depth.
Urban Trails consists of two different routes that take you to places such as Slotssøbadet, Nicolai, Legeparken and Koldinghus, where you will uncover both well-known and hidden stories from Kolding’s more than 800-year-old historic centre. Along the way, you will have your own overview in the form of a question booklet, available at reception or digitally via the button below.
