The yogaclass is 40 min. We recommend that you start out with watching the 2 min. introduction video.
Traditional yoga is meditation with the body. Through your breathing and gentle asanas (yoga poses) you learn to listen to your body and get contact to all of your muscles. Through yoga your body, thoughts and feelings will calm down. Yoga is pure relaxation and has a calming and soothing effect on your mind and body.
Remember: You are welcome to borrow a yogamat at the reception.
Our yoga program and meditation is narrated and guided by Ann Meier from Sjæleuniverset. Ann is educated yoga instructor and was taught by Shri Kali Ashram in Goa, India.
