The gourmet experience takes place at Restaurant Madkælderen, located in the cozy old cellar under the north wing of Koldinghus Castle. The basement has beautiful vaulted ceilings and rustic brick walls. It has existed since the middle of the 15th century and was used as a pastry shop in the 18th century.
Kolding Hotel Apartments is located in beautiful nature with the city's many opportunities right outside the door. The gourmet stay includes an overnight stay in a hotel apartment on the shore of Slotssøen, at the foot of Koldinghus and in the middle of Kolding's old, cozy Latin quarter with restaurants, cafes, shops and cultural offerings within walking distance.
